Dignity at Work Training

Dignity at work training helps managers and employees understand what constitutes bullying, harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. The training includes legal definitions, the procedures to follow in accordance with the latest codes of practice, and helps foster a workplace culture that doesn’t tolerate inappropriate behaviour. The training can be tailored to suit a management or employee audience.
