Employee Handbooks
Our comprehensive employee handbooks outline the statutory leave entitlements of employees, and include policies such as Grievance, Disciplinary, Anti-Bullying, Anti-Harassment and Sexual Harassment, Protected Disclosures and Remote Working among others.
Employee Relations Partnerships
Haven HRM provide employee relations partnerships to employers which offer advice and templates for grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment complaints, redundancies and other HR guidance when required.
