Our Services
Haven HRM offer a wide range of HR Consultancy Services to employers across the employee lifecycle.
Our Services
Contracts of Employment
We provide comprehensive permanent, fixed-term, specified-purpose and casual contracts of employment that comply with the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994.
Employee Handbooks
Our comprehensive employee handbooks outline Statutory Leave entitlements, and include policies such as Grievance, Disciplinary, Anti-Bullying, Anti-Harassment and Sexual Harassment, Protected Disclosures and Remote Working among others.
Employee Relations Partnerships
Haven HRM provide employee relations partnerships to employers which offer advice and templates for grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment complaints, redundancies and other HR guidance when required.
Employee Surveys
Should your organisation seek to obtain feedback on topics amongst your employees, Haven HRM can produce employee surveys and provide an analysis in the form of reports and/or presentations highlighting trends to guide decision making for senior leadership teams.Â
Interim HR Placements
If your organisation is considering outsourcing its HR function or requires temporary in house HR support, we provide interim HR placement services to ensure your HR department continues to operate smoothly.Â
Dignity at Work Training
Dignity at work training helps managers and employees understand what constitutes bullying, harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. The training includes legal definitions, the procedures to follow in accordance with the latest codes of practice, and helps foster a workplace culture free from inappropriate behaviour. The training can be tailored to suit a management or employee audience.Â
Investigations
Haven HRM provides independent, impartial investigations for disciplinary, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair, thorough and objective investigative process.
An investigation is the foundation of any further process which may have to be invoked, such as for example, a disciplinary hearing. Organisations who do not conduct investigations correctly may leave themselves open to employees claiming the investigation process was flawed or had some form of bias, which could result in the collapse of the entire process. This is especially important for smaller organisations which may have limited layers of management to conduct each step of the process impartially.Â
Contact Haven HRM should your organisation need to avail of investigation services.
Tailored HR Services
Haven HRM can provide other HR Consultancy Services upon request. These services include conducting impartial appeals, providing training sessions or other tailored HR Services depending on client requirements. Speak to our Managing Director, Greg Spratt, to discuss your needs in detail.Â
