Our Story
Greg Spratt founded Haven HRM in 2026 following his previous in house and consultancy HR experience. Greg holds a BBs (Hons) in HRM from I.T. Carlow (now SETU), a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and an MSc in Strategic Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Greg is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Greg is passionate about Irish employment law and the holistic perspective of an organisation.Â
