Greg Spratt founded Haven HRM in 2026 following his previous in house and consultancy HR experience. Greg holds a BBs (Hons) in HRM from I.T. Carlow (now SETU), a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and an MSc in Strategic Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Greg has advised organisations in multiple sectors across a broad range of HR and Employment Law matters, including recruitment, performance management, redundancies, grievances, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, and bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment complaints among others. He has consistently delivered positive outcomes for employers, becoming a trusted advisor to his clients.
